前往帳戶 → 訂單，開啟已完成訂單即可查看。

前往帳戶 → 兌換，輸入儲值碼並確認。

Check that the code was entered exactly as provided and has not already been redeemed or expired. If the problem continues, contact support with your recharge card details and account email.

確認帳號、遊戲、「Redeem gift」與代碼輸入均正確。請提供訂單編號聯絡支援，切勿公開完整代碼。

代碼仍可在帳戶 → 訂單查看，也請檢查垃圾郵件。

帳戶頁會顯示 USD 餘額與近期紀錄。

請向支援提供企業資料與預估採購量。

付款後通常自動交付；若仍待處理，請查看訂單或聯絡支援。
