1. Digital Products

MetaOnSale sells digital products, including Meta Quest game gift codes and account balance recharge codes. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include physical goods.

2. Meta Quest Gift Codes

Before purchasing a Meta Quest Gift Code, you are responsible for confirming that the "Redeem gift" option is available for the selected game on your Meta Quest account.

  • Sign in to your Meta Quest account.
  • Search for the game on the Meta Quest web store.
  • Open the game's product page and click "More".
  • Confirm that "Redeem gift" is available.

If it is unavailable, do not purchase. Eligibility may be affected by previous gameplay, trials, subscriptions, account status, regional restrictions, or other Meta account conditions.

3. Digital Code Delivery

After successful payment, digital codes are normally delivered through your MetaOnSale account and may also be sent to your verified email. You are responsible for keeping delivered codes private.

4. Account Balance

Recharge cards can be redeemed for USD-denominated account balance and used for eligible purchases. Unless required by applicable law, account balance is not redeemable for cash.

5. Orders and Pricing

Prices may change before an order is placed. The price confirmed during checkout applies to that order; later changes do not affect historical orders.

6. Refunds and Digital Products

Because codes are delivered electronically and may become visible immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after delivery or reveal. Contact Support with your order number. Refunds, replacements, or other remedies are reviewed according to each case and applicable law.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • provide a valid email address;
  • keep account credentials secure;
  • verify product compatibility and Meta Quest gift eligibility before purchase;
  • not resell or misuse the service in violation of applicable law.

8. Fraud and Abuse

MetaOnSale may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, payment manipulation, automated attacks, or activity threatening the service.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party services, or network issues may temporarily affect it.
